Cleaning Services Contract – OMEGA Multi Academy Trust

OMEGA Multi Academy Trust is seeking a cleaning contractor to manage cleaning services across seven schools: Alsop High School, Great Sankey High School, Bradshaw Primary School, Burton Wood Community Primary School, Chapelford Village Primary School, Park Road Community Primary School, and Westbrook Old Hall Primary School. Key Requirements: - Deliver high-standard, consistent cleaning with robust quality assurance systems - Maintain daily communication with Trust representatives at local and operations manager level - Implement effective daily handover procedures for special needs and specific requests - Adopt a flexible and proactive approach to support Trust activities and events - Optimize staffing levels and work hours to match Trust needs and maximize productivity - Provide training and development opportunities for cleaning teams The Trust prioritizes creating excellent learning environments where cleanliness and good order directly support teaching and learning. While value for money is important, the Trust will not automatically select the lowest-cost bid. They seek a committed partner willing to undertake additional work and demonstrate flexibility during key annual events.
