Demolition and Site Preparation in Koprivnica

This contract involves the demolition of existing buildings at the former printing complex located on Đure Estera Street in Koprivnica. The purpose of this work is to prepare the site for the construction of a new marketplace and a multipurpose center intended for library services and community organization activities. Additionally, the project includes the reconstruction of parking areas in the marketplace zone and the transformation of the site into an intermodal terminal with public parking, a BusKO public transport stop, and a central station for the BicKO public bike system. The site is situated in the city center of Koprivnica, adjacent to the main city square and near residential and commercial properties. The total area of the site is 4,392 m2, which includes a larger multi-story street building and a smaller single-story street building, along with additional structures that were previously used for production, storage, and auxiliary purposes, including a dedicated energy facility. Most of these buildings are no longer functional for their original purposes.
