Technical Planning Services for Building Systems at Donauwörth Gymnasium

The Donauwörth Gymnasium, located at Pyrkstockstraße 1, 86609 Donauwörth, is managed by the Donau-Ries district. The gymnasium is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation, which is divided into five construction phases. A preliminary plan has been completed for all parts of the building that are to be renovated. The tender for the planning services of the technical equipment covers only construction phase 5A (yellow wing). The planning phase 4 is expected to be commissioned only for system group 1. Most of the buildings date back to the late 1950s and have undergone various renovations over the years. An extension was built in 1985 (purple wing), and a new building with six classrooms was added in 1994 to the orange wing. Since 2003, various new construction and renovation measures have been carried out.
