Denmark – Medical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Personal Care Products – 50.96 Diapers (2026)

SKI is offering a framework agreement for diapers referred to as 50.96. This framework agreement is a municipal agreement that is binding for the municipalities subscribed to SKI and that have joined the framework agreement. Self-governing institutions of the subscribing municipalities are included in the municipality's adherence to the framework agreement, but are not subject to the municipality's purchasing obligation. Appendix A and A.1 specify which customers can use the framework agreement. The tender is divided into 2 sub-areas: Sub-area 1 Diapers with funding (sub-agreement 1) and sub-area 2 Diapers for childcare institutions and daycare providers (sub-agreements 2-6). Sub-agreements 2-6 consist of 5 regionally divided framework agreements that differ only by the geographical location of the customers. A bidder can submit offers for all of sub-agreements 2-6.
