Waste Collection and Management Services in Nawojowa

The contract involves the collection and management of both segregated and non-segregated municipal waste from residential properties in the Nawojowa municipality. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported, and managed is 2,282.20 tons. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of additional orders as outlined in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. This additional order, which will involve similar services, may be issued within three years of the initial contract award if there is a justified need to expand the original order and sufficient financial resources are available. The scope of this additional order will be 50% of the initial contract, covering up to 1,141.10 tons of waste. The contract will be awarded through a negotiated procedure with the contractor.
