The contract involves the maintenance and servicing of a unique SCIEX liquid chromatograph located in Pleven, Bulgaria. This equipment is essential for testing specific pharmaceutical contaminants and priority substances in water, sediments, and biota. It is the only one of its kind in the system, capable of detecting substances without other accredited testing methods. The successful execution of monitoring programs for water quality, mandated by the Ministry of Environment and Waters, relies heavily on the proper functioning of this equipment. Therefore, the contract includes regular servicing, timely delivery of consumables, and replacement of spare parts as needed. Key activities include: supply of consumables, servicing activities such as preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs; software updates (if necessary); and delivery and installation of spare parts for the ExionLCTM AC liquid chromatograph with QTRAP 5500 mass-selective detector.
