Modular and Portable Buildings for Vocational Education Workshops

This contract involves the procurement of a year-round educational container equipped with sanitary facilities (toilet, utility room, kitchenette) along with transportation and installation for the Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Niepołomice, located at 3 Maja 2. The project also includes the preparation of the foundation for the container and the installation of electrical and water-sewer connections. Detailed specifications are provided in Attachment 1: 'Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order'. A land registry map is included as Attachment 2, a graphic visualization of the front wall of the container as Attachment 3, and a proposed layout of the interior spaces as Attachment 4. The contractor may conduct an inventory of the actual state of the land. Additionally, the task includes the purchase and installation of air conditioning units for the classrooms at the Vocational and Continuing Education Center in Niepołomice, located at 3 Maja 2 and Kolejowa 28. The detailed specifications are also provided in Attachment 1. The names of manufacturers or trademarks mentioned in the documentation are solely for the purpose of clarifying the subject of the order and defining technical, functional, quality, and technological standards. The buyer allows the offer of products that meet or exceed the quality and technical parameters of the specified products, provided that the offered products have at least the same or better technical and quality parameters as those specified by the manufacturer's names in the documentation.
