Bus Supply Contract in Poland

This contract involves the supply of two buses categorized as M3 vehicles. The tasks are divided as follows: 1) Task 1 – Supply of a bus for transporting 30-37 passengers. 2) Task 2 – Supply of a bus for transporting 20-25 passengers. Detailed requirements for the vehicles are included in Annex 2 of the Technical Specification. The contractor must deliver the vehicles to the buyer's warehouse located at 109 Mogilska Street, Krakow, and will bear the transportation costs. The contractor is required to provide a warranty for each vehicle delivered, in accordance with the details in Annex 2 of the Technical Specification, but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty repairs, service, and services performed as part of service campaigns will be carried out at authorized service stations. The buyer requires the contractor to indicate at least one authorized service station for vehicles in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. If the contractor does not indicate an authorized service in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, they must arrange and cover the transportation of the vehicle to an authorized service in another location for warranty repairs or services, and then return the vehicle to the buyer's location. The contractor must also provide documents in Polish for each vehicle issued, as specified in Annex 2 of the Technical Specification. The buyer allows equivalent solutions to those described in the procurement documentation standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and reference technical systems, in accordance with Article 101, paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
