    Brief

    This contract involves the procurement of buses and a minibus specifically designed for transporting children and youth with mobility disabilities. The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 includes the purchase of 3 buses equipped with internal lifts; Part 2 includes 3 buses with internal ramps; and Part 3 includes 1 minibus. All vehicles must be brand new, meaning they have never been used, registered, or tested, and must be manufactured in 2025 or 2026. The vehicles must comply with Polish regulations and standards, and all materials and equipment (such as lifts and ramps) must have the necessary certifications and approvals for use. Detailed specifications for each part of the contract are provided in the attached documents. Suppliers may propose equivalent technical solutions if they meet or exceed the specified requirements. The contractor is responsible for staying updated on legal regulations affecting the delivery of the contract and must adapt to any changes that occur between the submission of their offer and the execution of the contract.
