Surveying Work for Property Data Collection

WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH manages approximately 34,000 residential units and 310,000 square meters of commercial space. To integrate into the CAFM system SPARTACUS, a structured data collection of residential and commercial units, as well as outdoor facilities, is required. The goal is to digitally prepare area and equipment data (e.g., for planning, marketing, energy certificates) in CAFM-compatible formats (DWG, PDF, XLSX, CSV). This is based on a framework contract with individual calls. The scope of services includes laser scanning, floor plans, area calculations (DIN 277, WoFlV, gif, IPMS), room books, facade directories, outdoor facility data collection including equipment elements, accessibility, and additional services such as rental price characteristics, 360° recordings, 3D models, and drone surveying. Billing will be based on the actual area recorded according to the WBM_DA_Price List. Award criteria: 70% price, 30% concept.
