Dental Supplies Procurement for Vantaa and Kerava Health District

This procurement opportunity is for dental supplies and materials needed for oral health services in the Vantaa and Kerava health district, in accordance with the terms outlined in this request for proposals and its attachments. The contract will be ongoing, starting from February 1, 2026, with a maximum duration of four (4) years. The procurement is divided into 22 categories: Category 1: Diagnostics and Digital Imaging, Category 2: Cariology, Category 3: Root Treatment, Needles and Syringes, Category 4: Prophylaxis and Periodontology, Category 5: Surgery, Category 6: Matrix Supplies, Category 7: Grinding, Polishing and Bite Foils, Category 8: Diamonds and Drills, Category 9: Prosthetics, Category 10: Laboratory, Category 11: CAD-CAM Materials, Category 12: General Orthodontics, Category 13: Orthodontic Brackets, Category 14: Orthodontic Appliances, Category 15: Orthodontic Wires, Category 16: Orthodontic Rings and Coils, Category 17: Cleaning and Patient Exchange, Category 18: Disinfectants, Category 19: Maintenance and Spare Parts, Category 20: Spare Parts for PM Compact, Category 21: Spare Parts for Sirona, Category 22: Spare Parts for Fimet. Suppliers may offer one or more categories. A framework agreement will be established for each category, selecting two (2) suppliers per category based on the lowest price.
