Supplies of Office Equipment Consumables and Cleaning Products for 2026

This contract involves the supply of consumables and cleaning products for office equipment in 2026, divided into six parts: Part 1 (Elbląg): inks and ribbons for printing devices; toners and drums for printing devices - covering 47 items; Part 2: containers for printing devices - covering 10 items; Part 3 (Elbląg): toners and drums for printing devices - covering 73 items; Part 4 (Braniewo): inks and ribbons for printing devices; toners and drums for printing devices - covering 67 items; Part 5 (Bartoszyce): inks and ribbons for printing devices; toners and drums for printing devices - covering 42 items; Part 6: cleaning and maintenance products for IT equipment and RTV equipment - covering 4 items. Detailed descriptions of the contract items are included in attachments 1, 2a, and 5 to the SWZ. The contract will be executed using the option right, which allows for the repetition of the same assortment for the maximum quantities specified in the SWZ. If the minimum quantity equals the maximum quantity, the option right does not apply to that item.
