Door Installation and Renovation Project in Schneverdingen

The city of Schneverdingen is seeking suppliers for the installation of interior doors and partitions as part of the renovation and expansion of the Leisure Meeting Center (FZB) located at Auf dem Eck 2, 29640 Schneverdingen. The project involves two existing building sections, each with one full floor (Community Hall area of 778 m² and Youth area of 881 m²), constructed in solid materials. The renovation will include the refurbishment and restructuring of these two sections. A new connecting building will house a multi-generational center, linking the two existing structures. The building is not basement-level and is constructed with a continuous support grid of approximately 7.50 m. Some areas are equipped with underfloor heating, and the attic is not developed. The structural framework consists of masonry and softwood roof beams, with the exterior finished in brick. The existing buildings will be partially demolished down to the foundation, central wall elements, and existing restroom facilities. New foundations will be added between the existing buildings to create a unified space for the community center, multi-generational center, and youth center.
