Community Stop Smoking Support for People with Mental Health or Long-term Physical Health Conditions

Leeds Stop Smoking Service (LSSS) is a community-based program designed to help people quit smoking, with a focus on those who have, or are at risk of developing, common mental health conditions and/or long-term physical health conditions. The service prioritizes support in areas of Leeds with higher-than-average smoking rates and targets groups most affected by smoking-related health inequalities. Suppliers should be prepared to deliver evidence-based smoking cessation interventions in community settings, demonstrate experience working with vulnerable populations, and show ability to address health disparities through tailored outreach and support strategies.
