Electoral Printing and Mailing Services

This contract provides specialist printing and fulfillment services for electoral materials and communications. Services include: producing annual canvass forms, ballot papers, poll cards, postal vote packs, and other election-related documentation; managing end-to-end fulfillment of postal vote packs including collation, matching, insertion, packaging, and distribution; covering all outgoing postage costs for postal vote packs, canvass forms, and statutory communications; and providing ad hoc specialist printing for election-specific materials. All materials and services must comply with current electoral legislation, regulations, and standards. The contract supports the Electoral Registration Officer and Returning Officer in meeting statutory obligations and election deadlines.
