Fort Nelson Comprehensive Cleaning Service

Royal Armouries seeks an experienced cleaning service provider to deliver comprehensive cleaning operations at Fort Nelson, a national museum and public visitor attraction. The scope includes daily cleaning of visitor areas, staff facilities, operational spaces, and venue hire locations, plus scheduled periodic services such as deep cleaning, window cleaning, and high-level cleaning. The supplier must also provide washroom consumable supplies and equipment management. The service must be reliable, safe, compliant with all relevant regulations, and maintain consistently high quality standards to support Fort Nelson's operations as a museum, public visitor attraction, and events venue. Contract commencement is 25 November 2026, with service delivery starting 01 February 2027 to allow adequate mobilisation time.
