Italy – Diagnostic Systems – Public Administration - Open Procedure for the Conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a Single Economic Operator for the Supply of Insulin Pumps for Diabetics and Related Consumables and Monitoring Systems

This is an open procedure, in accordance with Article 71 of the Code, for the conclusion of a framework agreement, as per Article 59, paragraph 3, of the Code, with a single economic operator for the supply of insulin pumps for diabetics and related consumables, as well as blood glucose monitoring systems (CGM – FGM) prescribed by prescribing centers. The contract is divided into commodity lots, with the award based on the criterion of the lowest price, as per Article 108, paragraph 3, of the Code. The total estimated maximum amount for a duration of 6 months of the framework agreement, including options, is €14,875,000.00 plus VAT.
