Construction Work for Building Modifications at VŠB-TUO

This public procurement contract involves the construction modifications of Building "N" (CEETe II) at the VŠB-TUO campus. The project includes a complete reconstruction of the existing building, which is an eight-story, partially basement structure with a flat roof. Key tasks include removing the existing facade, roof covering, internal partitions, flooring, and all internal utility systems. A new column-and-beam facade will be installed from the first to the seventh floor, incorporating photovoltaic panels. The first-floor facade will be constructed with sand-lime bricks and a contact insulation system. New layouts will be created on each floor, along with new flooring and roofing systems that include updated thermal insulation. New elevators will be installed in the existing elevator shafts, and all internal utility systems will be updated. Additionally, the eighth floor will be demolished and rebuilt.
