Waste Container Supply Contract

This contract involves the ongoing supply of waste containers for mixed and segregated municipal waste to the Municipal Enterprise of Public Utility in Katowice. The containers required have capacities of 120, 240, 360, and 1100 liters. The buyer reserves the right to increase the order by up to 100% of the initial scope under an option right. If the option right is not exercised, the contractor has no claims against the buyer. The contract is divided into three tasks: Task 1 involves the supply of 120L and 240L containers; Task 2 involves the supply of 360L containers; and Task 3 involves the supply of 1100L containers. Detailed descriptions of the tasks are provided in the attachments to the contract notice. All requirements specified in the documents are minimum requirements, and compliance is mandatory. Failure to meet these minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions. The draft contract provisions are included in the attachments.
