Lighting Equipment and Electric Lamps Procurement

The purpose of this Centralized Framework Agreement is to ensure the provision of lighting fixtures and separate light sources for indoor use on behalf of the users specified in Section B - Annex 2 of the specifications. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for subsequent public procurement contracts awarded and executed during the duration of the Centralized Framework Agreement. Suppliers are expected to deliver these goods safely, efficiently, and with high quality, according to the requirements detailed in Section B - Specifications and the quantities listed in Section B - Annex 1 - 'Quantity List', based on the needs of each user and within the allocated budget. A maximum of 3 economic operators will be awarded the Centralized Framework Agreement, as specified in the associated participation announcement and in Section A - Instructions to Bidders of the Award Documentation. Bidders can request clarifications up to 21 days before the submission deadline, and ONAC will respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the submission deadline. If fewer than 3 admissible offers are received, ONAC will finalize the Centralized Framework Agreement with the economic operators whose offers are deemed admissible and compliant. The estimated maximum value of the subsequent contracts to be executed simultaneously is €1,138,446.81 (equivalent to 5,636,222.45 RON excluding VAT).
