E-Learning Services for Health Authorities in Norway

This contract aims to provide health authorities in Norway with access to suppliers who have expertise in developing digital learning products. The focus is on high-level skills in digital learning design, technical production, and educational adaptation, particularly in areas where the health authorities lack the necessary expertise or capacity. The health authorities will supply the professional content for the learning products, while the suppliers will be responsible for transforming this content into effective, engaging, and educational digital solutions. This will be done in close collaboration with professional environments, internal development teams, or IT/e-health departments. The framework agreement includes various sub-contracts for different types of digital learning products: A: E-learning, B: Video, C: Animation and 3D, D: XR (Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality), and E: Games and gamification.
