Cleaning and Sanitation Services for Military Complex in Limanowa (2025-2027)

This contract involves providing cleaning and sanitation services for a military complex managed by the 35th Military Economic Unit in Limanowa from the date of contract signing until December 31, 2027. The services required include: - Cleaning of rooms and buildings, - Maintenance of paved areas within the military complex, - Upkeep of green areas within the military complex. The estimated cleaning area in buildings is 5,558.70 square meters; for paved areas, it is 14,443.92 square meters; and for green areas (from May to October), it is 9,575.20 square meters. Attachments to the contract description include: - Price form - Estimated area breakdown for buildings - Estimated area breakdown for paved areas - Required number of staff - Detailed service execution description - Estimated additional equipment list - Estimated number of stands, monuments, commemorative plaques, and hedges. The contract will be executed in closed areas as defined by Article 4, paragraph 2a of the Geodetic and Cartographic Law.
