Construction Project for Residential Buildings in Zawiercie – Phase I

This contract involves the design and construction of residential buildings located at Obrońców Poczty Gdańskiej Street in Zawiercie, specifically for Phase I on plot number 214. The work must comply with the requirements set by the contracting authority as outlined in the Terms of Reference, the Local Development Plan, and applicable legal regulations. Phase I is divided into two tasks: Task 1 involves creating the detailed design documentation for the building (Building No. 1) and the construction documentation for connections and networks necessary for Phase I. Task 2 includes the construction work for Phase I (Building No. 1), site development, connections, and networks required to obtain an occupancy permit for Building No. 1, as well as securing the occupancy permit itself.
