Project Oversight for LAN Modernization in Polish Schools

This contract involves providing comprehensive oversight services for the modernization of Local Area Networks (LAN) in selected educational institutions across Poland. The project, known as MODLAN, aims to upgrade 30,000 rooms, including classrooms and computer labs, ensuring each room achieves a bandwidth exceeding 100Mb/s. The oversight contractor will manage all phases of the project, including planning, schedule control, compliance with contractual obligations, risk analysis, and collaboration with the contracting authority and construction contractors. The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and is coordinated with the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of National Education. The list of schools eligible for modernization is divided into primary and reserve categories, with the primary list being prioritized for upgrades. If a school from the primary list cannot proceed due to specific reasons, a school from the reserve list will be selected instead. The contract is divided into 24 areas across Poland, with the oversight contractor responsible for each area.
