Supply of Various Medicines for Luxembourg Hospitals

The Federation of Luxembourg Hospitals (FHL) is seeking suppliers for the provision of various medicines to five member institutions: Centre Hospitalier Émile Mayrisch (CHEM), Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL), Centre Hospitalier du Nord (CHdN), Centre Hospitalier Neuro-Psychiatrique (CHNP), and Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS). Suppliers are invited to submit their bids by November 12, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Questions regarding the tender documents must be submitted before November 4, 2025. Bidders or their representatives may attend the bid opening session. The validity period for the offers is five months. The evaluation criteria will be based on price (30 points) and quality (70 points). The execution location is Luxembourg (NUTS code: LU00). The contract duration is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. Note that for Lot 7, the contract duration is from April 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027.
