Framework Agreement for Electric Vehicles in Rhein-Erft-Kreis

The REVG mbH operates public transport in the Rhein-Erft-Kreis and is seeking to procure battery-electric vehicles for on-demand transport services. Each vehicle is expected to cover approximately 40,000 km annually. The vehicles will be leased by the contracting authority and then provided to subcontractors for use in on-demand transport. All vehicles must be delivered with accessible entry. The delivery schedule includes six vehicles by February 20, 2026, five vehicles by May 1, 2026, and five vehicles by August 1, 2026. The contracting authority has the option to request five additional vehicles by September 30, 2026. The leasing period for each vehicle is four years. The provision of passenger transport services will be tendered separately.
