Food Procurement for Hungary

This contract involves the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement of food products for the contracting authority. The procurement covers various categories of food items with specified quantities for different locations: (A) Meat and meat products, (B) Frozen products, (C) Bakery products, (D) Other food items, and (E) Fresh vegetables, fruits, and eggs. The quantities are detailed for each location: Balatonfüred, Harkány, and Hévíz. The contracting authority is entitled to request an additional 20% of the base quantity as specified in the procurement law. The actual quantities will be provided during the bidding phases. The DPS will cease for a specific category once the total quantity, including any allowable variations, is exhausted. The contracting authority plans to conduct bidding phases for three delivery locations and will allow partial bids for 1-6 month periods.
