Software Development Services for the Mazovian Academy in Płock

The contract involves the implementation of a repository system for the Library, Scientific Publishing, Archive, and Science Department at the Mazovian Academy in Płock. This system will support open-source software and be fully customized to meet the buyer's needs. It will enable long-term collection, storage, sharing, and archiving of various digital scientific, educational, and publishing resources, including research papers, articles, monographs, documents, theses, teaching materials, and other academic publications. The system will also facilitate the scientific output of employees, allowing data transfer to/from the PBN system, and manage land registry records. Key tasks include system updates, maintenance, staff training, programming services for new system functions, integration with POL-on and PBN systems, digitization of materials while adhering to digital accessibility laws, and data migration from existing systems. The project is to be completed within six months of contract signing, divided into four stages with specific deadlines for each stage.
