Wide-Field Microscopes for AI-Based Process Development

This contract opportunity is part of the project "Correlative 3D Profiler for AI-Based Process Development." The project seeks to procure three optical measuring devices, along with computer technology, software, and vibration-damping tables. The white light interferometer system (Lot 1) and the confocal laser scanning microscope (Lot 2) will be procured as complete systems.
