Incident Management Services for Wastewater and Environmental Issues

The municipality of Heusden intends to establish a framework agreement with a single supplier for incident management services. This includes responding to acute and unforeseen events that disrupt the safe, efficient, and effective use of road sections, areas, water bodies, or objects. Such incidents may threaten the health and safety of people and animals, as well as economic interests, or may cause sudden and unexpected environmental damage. A coordinated deployment of personnel, equipment, and services is necessary to prevent, mitigate, and, where possible, resolve these effects. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €300,000, excluding VAT.
