Cybersecurity Services for Kladno City

The purpose of this public contract is to provide cybersecurity monitoring and incident response services. The contract includes the delivery and implementation of: 1) A Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system, 2) A Next Generation Firewall solution with high availability (2 units), 3) An Incident Workflow Automation Tool, 4) Security Operations Center (SOC) services. Additionally, the contract encompasses: • Implementation and configuration as per the agreed solution design, • Acceptance testing, • Documentation of the actual state, • Updates to operational plans for the systems involved, • Training for operators and a pilot operation for a limited duration, • Operational support (including required SLA, hotline, etc.). Detailed requirements from the contracting authority are provided in the attachments of the tender documentation. The contract also includes services related to the delivery, installation, implementation, configuration, integration, setting up, and consolidation of rules and permissions associated with the delivery and its future operation in the contracting authority's technological environment, as well as training for the authority's employees (IT administrators). Furthermore, the contract covers standard warranty and post-warranty service and support for the delivered hardware and software solutions, along with any additional services related to the aforementioned delivery in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements outlined in the tender documentation.
