Postal and Telecommunications Services for Częstochowa City in 2026

This contract involves providing postal services for six units of the Częstochowa City Municipality in 2026. The scope of the contract includes: a) postal services for receiving, transporting, and delivering mail in all weight categories; b) complementary services for registered mail; c) returning registered mail after delivery attempts have been exhausted. The six units to be served are: a) Częstochowa City Hall; b) Częstochowa District Employment Office and the Municipal Employment Center in Koniecpol; c) Częstochowa City Social Assistance Center; d) Częstochowa City Road Management; e) Częstochowa Benefits Center; f) Częstochowa Municipal Services Center. The expected volume and types of correspondence to be sent from these units from January 1 to December 31, 2026, include: a) local registered mail up to 500g, including urgent mail – 282,290 items; b) non-local registered mail up to 500g, including urgent mail – 81,995 items; c) local non-registered mail up to 500g, including urgent mail – 40,520 items; d) non-local non-registered mail up to 500g, including urgent mail – 13,420 items; e) delivery confirmations for local mail, including confirmations for urgent mail – 258,540 items; f) delivery confirmations for non-local mail, including confirmations for urgent mail – 65,715 items; g) international registered mail up to 50g to Europe – 1,197 items; h) unaddressed prints for local mail up to 20g – as needed; i) domestic and international courier services – as needed; j) postal packages – as needed; k) return of registered mail Format S up to 500g after delivery attempts have been exhausted – without ZPO – as needed; l) return of registered mail Format S up to 500g after delivery attempts have been exhausted – with ZPO – as needed.
