The minimum value of the framework agreement is 6,685,218 lei; the maximum value of the framework agreement is 48,437,460 lei. Framework agreements will be concluded with a single economic operator for each lot. The maximum estimated value for each lot is highlighted in the corresponding description for each lot. Bids must be submitted for all requested works and for all quantities specified in the specifications for each lot for which bids are made. The estimated value of the public procurement framework agreement has been calculated based on the approval report related to this investment objective. It is estimated that the frequency of subsequent contracts is 2 per month/lot; and the minimum and maximum number of estimated subsequent contracts to be concluded is a minimum of 2/lot and a maximum of 48/lot. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation must be submitted at least 20 days before the deadline for submitting bids, and the consolidated response of the contracting entity clearly, completely, and unambiguously to all requests for clarification or additional information will be sent at least 10 days before the deadline for submitting bids. The contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests addressed by economic operators by the established deadline.
