Construction of Campus Club at Pécs University

This project aims to establish a new Campus Club at the Pécs University Medical School located at 1 Honvéd Street, Pécs, Hungary. The work involves a complete renovation of the basement area, transforming it into a hospitality space while also refurbishing the building's facade in two phases. The project includes a comprehensive functional transformation of the basement, reconstruction of the facade (excluding the roof), and renovation of surrounding sidewalks and roads. A central cooling system will be installed across all three floors above the basement. The total area for renovation is approximately 572 m2 for the basement and 33 m2 for the attic, with detailed architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical modifications outlined in the technical documentation. The project also includes construction work for roads, sidewalks, and parking areas around Honvéd Street, as well as landscaping and accessibility improvements.
