Architectural and Engineering Services for Seemer Project in Nantes

This contract involves project management services for the rehabilitation and restructuring of a scientific building at the Ifremer Atlantic Center in Nantes, as part of the Seemer project. The estimated budget for the construction work is €9,500,000 excluding tax. The contract includes the following tasks: diagnostic studies, preliminary project studies, project studies, assistance with public procurement for construction works, review of compliance with execution studies, management of the execution of public works contracts, assistance during the reception operations and the warranty period, synthesis and coordination of the synthesis cell, scheduling, management, and coordination. Additional optional services may include coordination of fire safety systems and quantity surveying.
