The contract includes several lots: - **Lot 1**: 120-liter black bins - 92,618 units, estimated value: 10,881,688.82 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 2**: Containers (5-7 cubic meters) - 97 units, estimated value: 2,512,550.26 lei (excluding VAT). - **Lot 3**: Garbage trucks, estimated value: 49,422,713.43 lei (excluding VAT), including various sizes (7 to 22 cubic meters). - **Lot 4**: Special vehicles, estimated value: 12,780,546.84 lei (excluding VAT), including skip loaders and front loaders. - **Lot 5**: Auxiliary machinery, estimated value: 1,408,254.84 lei (excluding VAT), including trailers and semi-trailers. Please note that the estimated value does not include costs for technical assistance, preventive maintenance during the warranty period, technical support, spare parts, and consumables for corrective maintenance after the warranty period. These services will be subject to a separate contract following a public procurement procedure. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers. Suppliers have 18 days to request clarifications before the submission deadline.
