IT Services for Learning Platform in North Brabant

The Province of North Brabant is seeking a supplier to provide a learning platform that facilitates the organization, management, and promotion of learning, development, and innovation within the organization. The supplier must offer a licensing model that allows for flexible usage, as the number of users may change over the contract period due to staff turnover. The learning platform should centralize and structure all learning and development activities for the Province, supporting both management and employees, and providing insights into learning data through dashboards. Currently, there are approximately 1,500 permanent staff and around 250 temporary workers who may utilize the learning platform.
