Construction Work for Benløse Sewer Separation

Ringsted Spildevand A/S is seeking suppliers for a project to separate wastewater from rainwater in the Benløse area, specifically around Smålodsvej and Tofteåsvej. This project involves the installation of a new pipeline system along with associated rainwater basins (pipe basins) while maintaining the operation of the existing system. The contract includes approximately 3 kilometers of rain and wastewater pipelines, as well as earthworks and restoration work related to the project. The work will involve excavation, including potentially contaminated soil, construction activities, coordination with other utility owners, and pipe supply. This is a main contract, and the entire project is expected to be completed in 6 possible phases over a timeline of 8 months to ensure optimal traffic flow in the local area and minimize disruptions for residents in Benløse. The client may terminate the contract after each phase without further notice. The contractor must have sufficient internal capacity and equipment to accommodate any schedule shifts and ensure adherence to the timeline for the awarded areas, as another entity, Benløse Fjernvarme, will need to lay district heating in the same area with its contractor. The pipelines will primarily be laid in public areas, but the contractor must familiarize themselves with local conditions and ensure proper registration of work on private properties.
