Mobile Dental Services for Underserved Communities

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (HIOW ICB) is seeking input from dental providers regarding the development and delivery of a Mobile Dental Inclusion and Outreach Service. This initiative aims to improve dental access for vulnerable and underserved populations across Hampshire and Isle of Wight. The service will provide dental care through mobile units, reaching patients who face barriers to traditional dental facilities due to mobility issues, geographic location, or social circumstances. Dental providers interested in partnering, providing specialist expertise, or delivering services through this mobile platform are encouraged to share their views on service design, operational requirements, patient needs, and implementation challenges.
