Poland – Software Services – Support for Management and Implementation of the Migration Project of the Central Banking System and Other IT Projects

1. The subject of the contract is to provide support services for the management and implementation of the migration project of the central banking system and other IT projects. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a list of tasks, deadlines, and conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract, payments, etc. are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter: "PPU") and the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"). 3. The contracting authority has appropriately divided the subject of the contract into a basic order and an order covered by the right of option. 1) The basic order includes: In the basic part carried out in a fixed-price model, the subject of the order is support in the preparation and execution of the migration within the fourth stage of the modernization project of the central banking system (stage 4), which includes in particular: a. Technical upgrade of defBank-Pro systems, b. Technical and business parameterization of new systems, c. Migration of customer data and their products, 2) The order under the right of option (Option) includes: (in a time & materials model) the provision of strategic consulting services and support in the management and implementation of IT projects, e.g. comprehensive supervision of the program, which includes the implementation of stage 4 of the modernization project of the central bank system, and the project of implementing electronic channel platforms (migration of the old electronic banking system to the new electronic channel platform (PKE), which in the first stage includes the migration of customers and cooperation with the def-Bank PRO system, and then according to the schedule of the modernization project of the central bank system after the production migration of the central system, switching PKE from the def Bank Pro system to def 3000 CB. A detailed description of the basic and optional order is included in the OPZ, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and PPU, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
