Rail Traffic Control Equipment for Lausanne Region

The LEB line is a narrow-gauge railway connecting Lausanne-Flon to Bercher, spanning a total length of 23.5 km. It is powered by 1500 VDC from six substations (Chauderon, Prilly-Chasseur, Vernand-Camarès, Les Ripes, Echallens, and Fey). The SCADA Energy project aims to modernize the management of power supply equipment (substations and distribution networks) by implementing a remote control and monitoring system from the LeboCentre control center in Echallens. Several related projects for strengthening and renewing electrical installations are in planning or execution, including: - Renewal and relocation of the Chauderon substation - Replacement of the Prilly-Chasseur substation with the Cery-Fleur-de-Lys substation - New tunnel at Etagnières and replacement of the Ripes substation - Planning of the new Bercher depot and repurposing of the Echallens station. Among these related projects, only those of Chauderon and Cery-Fleur-de-Lys will be considered for this mandate, as they will be completed during the deployment of SCADA Energy. Lots 1, 2, and 3 are supply contracts, while Lot 4 is a service contract. This call for tenders is for the acquisition of supplies and services related to the deployment and upgrading of the SCADA Energy field equipment for the LEB.
