Procurement of Audiovisual Equipment for Educational Purposes in Hungary

This contract involves the procurement and installation of educational technology equipment for 53 classrooms, totaling 265 items. The procurement includes: 53 projectors, 53 presentation switches, 53 projection screens, 53 projector mounting brackets, and 53 speakers, along with 53 cabling tasks. The supplier is responsible for the following tasks in addition to delivering the equipment: In Classroom 1 (45 classrooms) - installation of the projector bracket and projector in the classrooms, installation of the presentation switch on the teacher's desk or adjacent cabinet, connecting the teacher's computer to the presentation switch, connecting the projector and presentation switch with Cat6 or better quality UTP cable, installing necessary floor and wall conduits for the cable, installing the screen, and placing a stereo speaker pair on both sides of the screen, connecting the speakers to the presentation switch and installing necessary floor and wall conduits. In Classroom 2 (8 classrooms) - installation of the projector bracket and projector in the lecture halls, installation of the presentation switch on the teacher's desk or adjacent cabinet, connecting the teacher's computer to the presentation switch, connecting the projector and presentation switch with Cat6 or equivalent quality UTP cable, installing necessary floor and wall conduits for the cable, installing the screen, and placing a stereo speaker pair on the stand in the lecture hall. The supplier is also required to complete additional tasks as specified in the documentation. A detailed technical description is included in the documentation.
