Construction of a Bypass in Kostrzyn nad Odrą

This contract involves the design and construction of a bypass for the town of Kostrzyn nad Odrą along National Road No. 31, covering a section from km 0+000 to km 9+178.60. This section is part of National Road No. 31 and is located in the Lubusz Voivodeship, within the Gorzów County, in the municipality of Kostrzyn nad Odrą. The scope of the contract includes all necessary work to ensure the proper functioning of the national road, which will serve as the bypass for Kostrzyn nad Odrą, in accordance with the requirements set by the contracting authority as specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU), applicable legal regulations, and the Standards and Guidelines (WiS) issued by the Minister of Transport mentioned in the PFU. The contractor is required to carry out all necessary design work, obtain necessary opinions and technical conditions on behalf of the contracting authority, and secure all agreements, permits, decisions, and approvals required for the execution of the contract in accordance with the contracting authority's requirements and contract conditions. The contractor must also perform construction work and obtain occupancy permits for the entire scope of the investment on behalf of the contracting authority. The detailed scope of work expected from the contractor is outlined in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU). The total estimated value of the contract is over 20 million euros.
