Business Planning Consultant for Heritage Project

St. Osyth Priory and Parish Trust is seeking a qualified and experienced Business Planning Consultant to assist in the development of a project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This project focuses on redeveloping the Tithe Barn and Old Dairy into event and community spaces. The consultant will work through the Development and Delivery Phases (RIBA 1 to RIBA 7) to prepare a comprehensive Business Plan that includes market analysis, revenue projections, governance, management, staffing implications, and risk assessment. The plan should also outline sustainable financial models, including potential income from retail, employment, catering, and accommodation opportunities. The consultant will collaborate with the Project Team and key stakeholders, including the current operator for weddings and events, to ensure the successful completion of the Delivery Phase Application by 2026.
