Air Transport Services for Romania

The Romanian Authority for Digitalization is seeking to establish a framework agreement with at least one and up to ten economic operators to provide domestic and international air transport services for passengers over a period of 24 months. This service is essential for facilitating air travel for officials, delegates, and staff of the Authority who participate in events, meetings, fairs, exhibitions, and other activities within the scope of the Authority's responsibilities. Subsequent contracts will be awarded through a competitive process among the signatory economic operators of the framework agreement, based on the price for the requested air transport services, as per Article 110 of Government Decision no. 395/2016. The competition will be conducted offline. The estimated minimum quantity for the framework agreement is 50 flight tickets, and the maximum estimated quantity is 510 flight tickets. For each subsequent contract, the minimum estimated quantity is 1 flight ticket, and the maximum estimated quantity is 10 flight tickets. Contracts/orders will be awarded whenever there is a need for travel arrangements domestically and/or internationally for the personnel or delegates of the contracting authority. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 60,000 lei, excluding VAT.
