Brief
The contracting authority is seeking to finalize a contract for the construction of the investment project "AquaPark Transilvania Terme Tasnad". Detailed information regarding the solutions adopted for the execution of the works, including the quantities and categories of work to be performed, is included in the technical project provided by the contracting authority as part of the open tender, which will be conducted on SEAP. The main works to be executed under the contract include: - A new building (C1), the main building, aimed at developing infrastructure for spa and wellness tourism, including improving access to resources and tourist attractions with a height regime of S+P+E; - C2 building for waste storage, single-story; - Outdoor courtyard with an outdoor pool; - Parking lots and pedestrian walkways. According to the general estimate, which is an integral part of the technical project, the total value of the construction contract subject to this procedure is 138,208,917.93 lei excluding VAT, which includes: Chapter 1 Expenses for land acquisition 1,013,664.20 lei, of which: 1.2 Land development 962,554.95 lei excluding VAT 1.3 Environmental protection measures and restoration of the land to its original state 51,109.25 lei excluding VAT Chapter 2 Expenses for ensuring utilities necessary for the investment project 1,044,664.61 lei; Chapter 4 Expenses for the basic investment 134,199,736.51 lei, of which: 4.1 Construction and installations 113,221,224.84 lei excluding VAT 4.2 Installation of machinery, technological and functional equipment 667,170.35 lei excluding VAT 4.3 Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring installation 20,311,341.32 lei excluding VAT Chapter 5 - 5.1 Site organization 1,950,852.61 lei excluding VAT 5.1.1 Construction and installation works related to site organization 1,358,892.40 lei excluding VAT 5.1.2 Related expenses for site organization 591,960.21 lei excluding VAT NOTE: The technical project is fully available to bidders (both written and drawn parts) to ensure unrestricted access to all information contained in this document. Thus, the technical project includes the description/presentation of the necessary equipment for the investment project, which is financially included in budget line 4.5. THESE EQUIPMENTS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS PROCEDURE!!!!! The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests submitted on the 15th day before the deadline for submitting offers. For clarification requests received after the indicated deadline, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
