Fuel Supply Contract for Vehicles and Equipment in France (2025-2029)

This contract is for the supply of diesel fuel for vehicles and other motorized equipment (such as lawn mowers and brush cutters) used by SPL EDDEN. Payments will be made using secure credit cards provided by the supplier, which will also allow for vehicle washing services. The contract will be based on unit prices applied to actual consumption, with a total limit of 880,000 euros excluding tax over its duration. The estimated maximum annual consumption is around 220,000 euros excluding tax. Detailed service requirements are outlined in the Special Conditions Document (Cahier des Clauses Particulières - CCP).
