Residential Property Windows and Doors Replacement Programme

Brentwood Borough Council is seeking contractors to deliver a comprehensive replacement programme for external windows and doors across its residential housing stock. Many existing windows and doors have reached the end of their serviceable life, requiring replacement to improve energy efficiency, enhance security, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with current building regulations. The successful contractor will be responsible for surveying all affected properties, manufacturing and supplying high-performance window and door systems, and completing full installation including associated making good works, ironmongery, glazing, seals, finishes and ancillary building works.
