UK Artist Residency and Capacity-Building Programmes in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain

The British Council is seeking a supplier to design, manage and deliver cultural capacity-building and artist residency programmes across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The successful supplier will collaborate with British Council staff, UK-based artists, and local cultural organisations and institutions to deliver two core programme strands: (1) Capacity-Building Programmes that develop skills and knowledge within local cultural sectors, and (2) UK Artist Residency Programmes that facilitate knowledge exchange and artistic collaboration. This is a framework agreement with flexible service delivery based on actual demand and project needs. The supplier should have experience in international cultural programming, artist management, and building partnerships with cultural institutions in the Middle East.
