Fire Appliances Supply and Support Contract

The Authority is seeking a qualified supplier to design, manufacture, and support four fire appliance variants: Variant A Heavy, Variant A Light, Variant B, and Variant C. Variant A Heavy and Variant A Light will share an identical base specification but with different equipment configurations for their specific operational roles. Detailed specifications for each variant are available in the tender documents. The contract runs for 5 years with an optional 2-year extension, contingent on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The Authority commits to an initial purchase of 35 appliances, with potential for up to 50 appliances over the full contract period; additional purchases beyond the initial commitment require future funding approval. The successful supplier must also provide comprehensive user training, warranty coverage, and after-sales service support for all supplied appliances.
